1) Terms of Service

  • Scope: private ground transportation with professional drivers in Barcelona, Andorra and nearby areas.
  • Bookings: a booking is confirmed via email/WhatsApp. The client must provide accurate details (dates, times, pax, luggage).
  • Pricing: fixed-price services per trip/route. Rates may vary by season, time bands, holidays or route changes.
  • Waiting time: complimentary waiting at airport/hotel (e.g., 60’ arrivals, 15’ hotel). Overage may be billed per tranche.
  • No-show: if the passenger does not appear after courtesy time and contact attempts, the full fare may apply.
  • Amendments: changes are subject to availability and possible fare adjustment.
  • Conduct: no smoking, drug consumption, or unsafe behavior is allowed in vehicles.
  • Force majeure: traffic, weather or external incidents may affect timing; we will use reasonable efforts to provide alternatives.

2) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation: up to X hours before service start.
  • Late cancellation: within X hours, up to 100% of the fare may be charged.
  • Refunds: prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within X–Y business days.

3) Luggage, Child Seats & Special Requests

  • Luggage: please indicate number and size. Bulky items (skis, wheelchairs, etc.) must be notified in advance.
  • Child seats: available on request and subject to availability.
  • Pets: inform us in advance; carriers may be required.

4) Payments & Invoicing

  • Methods: card, cash, bank transfer or approved platforms.
  • Deposits: some services may require prepayment or a deposit.
  • Invoices: issued on request with correct billing details.
